Settlement Agreement is Approved
On October 24, 2023, Federal Court Justice Aylen approved the Settlement Agreement. We’re now awaiting official documentation from the Federal Court. More information will be available soon.

The Settlement Approval Hearing will take place during the week of October 23, 2023. Class Members who want to participate in the settlement approval process do not have to go in person.
